Easy - User-friendly Interface
The Vocalpad's user-friendly interface allows operators to activate, monitor and invoice all cabins with just a few clicks. Once a call session is completed, users receive a detailed invoice in their currency and time zone, reflecting the summary of calls, charges, taxes and discounts.
Callshop owners can run real time sales reports for each of their callshops, reflecting revenue, cost, profit, minutes, per booth and per Callshop.

No Geographic Restrictions
With VoIP you are not restricted by the geographical location of your shop. You can now successfully terminate Toll Quality calls from any location, right to our switches.  

Scalability - Number of Booths/Cabins
The Vocalpad System is fully scalable to your needs. You can have just one booth or up to eight, all you need to do is add another Phone Adapters (VBox), SIP Phone or SIP Soft Dialer to your network and call us. The IP phones can be purchased preprogrammed from us or you can supply your own, in which case we will provide you with the login information you will need to configure the device yourself.  

The System Cost
There's NO cost for the system, it's FREE! However you will need Phone Adapters (VBox) / SIP Phones / Soft Dialers to make calls. We are able to supply a high quality IP Phones. We sell these as part of our call shop package, that includes hardware supply, cabling, initial configuration and enough call time to get you started.
