How to Use
Register
You
must register in order to gain access to our services. After registering,
you will be able to purchase calling time, check your account balance,
view your call history, and make long distance phone calls using your
personal PIN number. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation
email from us containing your PIN number. Please, keep this email for
further reference. In addition, all personal information you provide to
Vocalpad® is protected according to our privacy policy.

2- Enter your Account Username and Password.

3- Enter the source number (the number you wish to receive the call on).

a new Email from your usual Email service software with the following
details:

Subject: Callback (You can keep the subject field empty)

Where:
The un is your username
The pw is your password
The sn is the source number you wish to receive the call on.
The dn is the destination number you wish to call (the number you
wish to call).
Please, use the following dialing format when entering your number in
your Email message body:
Country code + phone number (do not use any dialing prefix such
as “00” or “011”)
N.B:
• Use the following dialing format: Country code + phone
number (no 00 or 011 leading
prefix).
• The
mail format should be set to “Plain text”
(it doesnot work with HTML format).

The Go SMS Trigger
For
your convenience, we have added a practical feature for those on the move.
Just send an SMS to the number and the details stated below and few seconds
later, your call will come in.
Send
a new SMS from your mobile phone to: +961 3 696 453 with the following
details:
un <space> username <space> pw <space> password <space> sn <space> source number <space> dn <space> destination number
N.B:
In
the message body write:
un <space> username <New Line>
pw <space> password <New Line>
sn <space> source

Where:
The un is your username
The pw is your password
The sn is the source number you wish to receive the call on.
The dn is the destination number you wish to call (the number you
wish to call).

Hint: You may save your SMS as a template on your mobile
phone to avoid repeating the same entries.

• Dial your local access number as provided (Or save it on your speed
dial).
• You will hear the Welcome message, giving you your actual
credit.
• Call your destination without the “00” prefix; example calling France: 33 1 111 222 44.
You will hear the total minutes for this destination.
Residential Access Service with PIN security:
•
Submit your application online or through your local agent to register to the residential service.
• Dial your local access number as provided (Or save it on you speed
dial).
• Enter your PIN as provided by your local agent.
• You will hear the “Welcome message”, giving you your actual
credit.
• Call your destination without the “00” prefix; example calling France: 33 1 111 222 44.
You will hear the total minutes for this destination.

Dial your assigned DID number that you have been provided upon your purchase.
2- After confirmation from the system operator, dial the destination number

1- Connect a Phone set to the Vbox IN® port (phone port) via RJ-11
connector.
2- Once you pick up the phone, you should get a dial tone.

Place a Call Using Vbox OUT® (LINE Port):
1- Connect an extension or Direct ANALOG line to the Vbox OUT® port
(LINE port) via RJ-11 connector Vbox OUT® can only support analog
PBX.
2- Dial the extension OR the direct line
number from any other extension phone set, you should get a dial tone.
3- Dial the destination number (no need for any dialing
prefix as 00 or 001).

I. Make a toll free call , you'll get disconnected after 1st ring.
II. You will be promptly called back to enter your PIN number as it appears in the box below.
III. After entering your PIN, you’ll be asked to enter the destination number you would like to reach.
Do Not Repeat the Registration Step once completed.
2nd step: PLACING YOUR CALLS
I. Make a toll free call , you'll get disconnected after 1st ring.
II. You’ll be called back to enter the destination (Country code + destination number ) followed by the # key (no 00 or 011 leading prefix).
